I built a pvc hoop house as a frame to hold up my camo netting and layered a few layers for dense shade for my redfoot tortoise. She is thriving. Easy solution to provide her the shade she needs but still let's the rain through (which she loves). I am building a larger enclosure for a group of 3 tortoises and have bought several more in different sizes of this netting. I am hoping they hold up for a few years but we will see how they weather being in the elements 24/7.
